What we arrange

Quotes in 24 hours
Send your reports and we come back with itemised estimates from two or three accredited hospitals.
Meet the surgeon first
A video call with the person who would actually operate, before you commit to flying anywhere.
You pay the hospital
Directly, into their own account. We never handle your treatment money.
The approach changes the trip more than the price
A laparoscopic hysterectomy usually means one or two nights in hospital and clearance to fly at around two weeks. Open surgery means four or five nights and closer to a month.
That difference in accommodation and time away often exceeds the difference in surgical fee, which is why we quote the whole trip rather than just the operation.
Not every case is suitable for keyhole surgery. Large fibroids, adhesions from previous operations or suspected malignancy may require an open approach, and the surgeon decides that from your imaging rather than from cost.
Ask for a woman surgeon if you would prefer one
Many of our patients want this and are reluctant to raise it. Please just ask. It is a completely normal request, we will tell you honestly which of our hospitals can accommodate it for your procedure, and nobody will treat it as difficult.
The same goes for female nursing staff, a female interpreter, or a same-sex chaperone at examinations.
If you are planning a pregnancy
Fibroid and endometriosis surgery in women who want to conceive sometimes needs a follow-up scan before you fly, which adds a few days. Tell us at the outset so we plan the trip around it rather than extending it at the last minute.
What to send us
A recent ultrasound or MRI with the image files, your gynaecologist's report, any biopsy results, your menstrual and obstetric history, and your current medication.
Straight answers
Gynaecology questions
Will I go through menopause after a hysterectomy?
Only if your ovaries are removed. If they are left in place you will stop having periods but will not become menopausal immediately. Discuss this specifically with the surgeon, because it is the question patients most often wish they had asked.
Can I ask for a female surgeon?
Yes, and it is a normal request. Tell us and we will be straight with you about which hospitals can accommodate it for your procedure.
How soon can I fly?
About two weeks after laparoscopic surgery, three or more after open surgery, subject to your surgeon clearing you.
Can my husband stay in the room?
In most hospitals yes. Tell us if you would prefer a female attendant arrangement instead and we will arrange it.
No cost, no obligation
Tell us what's happening
A hospital cannot price your treatment without seeing your case. Send what you have, even a photograph of a piece of paper, and we will tell you what else is needed.
- Your reports go only to hospitals you approve first, by name.
- Stored encrypted, and deleted whenever you ask.
- You pay the hospital directly. Never us.
Send your reports
A hospital cannot price your treatment without seeing your reports. Send them and we come back with itemised estimates from two or three hospitals — usually within 24 hours, or 48 for transplant and complex oncology.
