Plan for two cycles, not one
Every price you will see quoted, here and everywhere else, is per cycle. Most patients need more than one, and budgeting for a single cycle is the most common financial mistake in fertility travel.
Plan financially for two and treat one as good fortune. If your first cycle produces surplus embryos, a frozen transfer later costs a fraction of a fresh cycle and needs a much shorter stay, so ask the clinic about freezing before you start.
Always ask whether medication is included
Drugs add USD 600 to 1,500 depending on your protocol, and many quotes leave them out. It is the single most common unpleasant surprise in fertility pricing. Get it in writing either way.
How to read a clinic's success rate
A single headline figure tells you almost nothing. Success depends overwhelmingly on the woman's age, the cause of infertility and egg quality, so a clinic's number largely reflects which patients it accepts.
Ask three things: is that a live birth rate or a pregnancy rate, for which age band, and out of how many cycles. A clinic that answers readily is telling you something. One that does not is telling you something too.
We publish no success rates of our own. We are not a clinic and we have no data to report.
What Indian law permits
India's ART and Surrogacy legislation restricts who may access which treatments, including donor arrangements, age limits and marital status, and commercial surrogacy is prohibited. The rules differ for foreign nationals and have changed several times.
We will tell you what is available to you before you spend anything. If your situation is not permitted under Indian law we will say so plainly rather than take a deposit, because we would rather lose the case than have you travel and be turned away.

We publish no patient photographs
India's medical regulations restrict the use of patient before-and-after images by practitioners, including with written consent, and we hold ourselves to the same standard.
What we offer instead is a video consultation with the surgeon, who can discuss their own results with you and answer what no photograph can: whether your anatomy will give you that outcome.

How many cycles will we need?
Nobody can tell you in advance. Plan financially for two and treat one as good fortune.
Do both partners need to travel?
Usually yes, at least for the sperm sample, though a frozen sample can sometimes be arranged in advance. Confirm with the clinic.
Is donor egg treatment available to foreign nationals?
It depends on your circumstances and on current law. Ask us before you plan around it.
Can we choose the baby's sex?
No. Sex selection is illegal in India, and any clinic offering it is breaking the law. Do not engage with them.
