Choosing a hospital in another country is not really a medical decision. By the time most people contact us, their diagnosis is already made and the treatment is already clear. What is not clear is which hospital, at what price, with which surgeon, how to get a visa, where a family will sleep for three weeks, and who will answer the phone at two in the morning.
That is our job.
Healthaford is a medical travel facilitator. We are not a hospital, we do not employ doctors, and we do not provide medical treatment. We help international patients get honest quotes from accredited Indian hospitals, and we arrange everything around the treatment: flights, accommodation near the hospital, food, local transport, interpreters and visa documentation.
What we actually do
- Get you real quotes. You send your reports, we take them to two or three suitable hospitals, and we come back with itemised estimates including what is not covered.
- Put you in front of the surgeon. A video consultation with the doctor who would actually operate, before you commit to travelling.
- Handle the paperwork. Hospital invitation letter, medical visa, attendant visas, FRRO extension if your treatment runs long.
- Arrange the stay. Accommodation within walking distance of the hospital where possible, food you recognise, transport to every appointment, and an interpreter if you need one.
- Stay reachable. One named person, on WhatsApp, for the whole of your case.
What we do not do
We do not give medical advice, diagnose, or recommend a treatment. If you ask us whether you should have surgery, we will tell you to ask a doctor, and then help you get a second opinion from one.
We do not guarantee outcomes, and we do not guarantee visa approval. Anyone who does is either misinformed or not being straight with you.
We do not handle your treatment money. You pay the hospital directly. How we are paid.
