These terms cover your use of this website and our facilitation service. In short: we arrange and coordinate, hospitals treat, you contract with the hospital for your care, and nothing here is medical advice.
Legal review required This page states our intended position in plain language. It must be reviewed and finalised by an Indian lawyer before launch, alongside the GST and FEMA treatment of facilitation fees.
Who we are
registered entity name pending , registered in India, trading as Healthaford. A medical travel facilitator, not a healthcare provider.
What we provide
We obtain quotes from hospitals, coordinate appointments and documentation, and arrange travel, accommodation and local support. We introduce you to hospitals and doctors. We do not provide, supervise or take responsibility for clinical care.
Your contract for treatment is with the hospital
When you proceed with treatment, your agreement for that treatment is between you and the hospital. You pay the hospital directly. Clinical decisions, consent, and the outcome of treatment are matters between you and the treating doctors.
Estimates
Estimates we provide are indicative and based on the information available at the time. They are not quotations and they are not binding on the hospital. Final costs are set by the treating hospital.
What we do not warrant
- Any medical outcome
- Approval of any visa application
- Availability of a particular surgeon or date
- That third-party information, such as hospital-supplied credentials or accreditation, is free from error, though we verify what we reasonably can
Your responsibilities
Give us accurate and complete medical information. Incomplete information produces inaccurate estimates and can affect your safety. Tell us about allergies, existing conditions and current medication. Comply with the visa conditions you travel on.
Cancellation
Our facilitation service costs you nothing, so there is nothing for us to refund. Where we have booked accommodation or travel on your behalf, the supplier's cancellation terms apply and we will tell you what they are before booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of city pending have jurisdiction.
