Medical travel to India, arranged properly

You've found the treatment.
We'll take care of everything else.

The surgery is only part of it. There's the visa, the flights, somewhere to stay for three weeks, food you recognise, someone to drive you to appointments, and someone who picks up when you call at midnight because you're worried.

That part is ours.

We only work with hospitals accredited by these bodies. The accreditation is theirs, not ours.

Before anything else

We know how you got here

Almost nobody plans to fly abroad for surgery. Something happened, the treatment isn't available at home or costs more than you have, and now you're reading websites at two in the morning trying to work out who's real.

"How do I know you're real?"

Fair question. We publish our registration number, our address and our landline. You pay the hospital directly, never us. And we name the hospital we want to send your reports to before we send them.

"Will anyone actually reply?"

The industry average for answering an international patient enquiry is 47 hours. We aim for 15 minutes. Not as a marketing line, but because you're making a frightening decision and waiting two days makes it worse.

Send us your reports

"What will it really cost?"

Every site quotes the surgery. Almost none quote the flights, the room for three weeks, the food, the taxis or the visa. We put all of it on one page, including what we've deliberately left out.

What a facilitator actually does

One person, your whole case

We aren't a hospital and we don't employ doctors. What we do is the coordination nobody else takes responsibility for, through one named person who knows your case rather than a call centre.

  • Read your reports and get real quotes. Two or three accredited hospitals, itemised, usually inside 24 hours.
  • Put you in front of the surgeon. A video call with the person who would operate, before you commit to flying.
  • Handle the visa. Invitation letter, medical visa, attendant visas, and the FRRO extension if treatment runs long.
  • Meet you at the airport. And arrange the apartment, the food, the driver and the interpreter.
  • Stay reachable. The same person, on WhatsApp, from your first message until you're home.
More about how we work

Why India

Not cheaper medicine. The same medicine, priced differently.

India's leading hospitals run at volumes most European units never see, use the same implants and the same protocols, and are accredited against the same international standards. What differs is the cost base, not the standard of care.

We'll also tell you when India isn't the right answer. If your treatment is available and affordable at home, stay home. That happens, and we say so.

Start to finish

How it actually goes

Six steps. You can stop at any of them, and most people take a few weeks over the first three.

You send your reports

Photographs on WhatsApp are fine. We'll tell you if anything's missing before going further.

We come back with options

Two or three hospitals, properly quoted, with the exclusions written down rather than buried.

You meet the surgeon

A video consultation with the person who would operate. Ask them anything. It costs nothing.

We sort the paperwork

Hospital invitation letter, your medical visa, and visas for whoever is coming with you.

You arrive

We meet you at the airport. The apartment is booked, the driver knows the route, the food is arranged.

You go home well

With your discharge summary, your medication, a follow-up plan, and a route back to your surgeon.

The three weeks nobody writes about

Most of your trip won't be spent in hospital

You'll be in India for three or four weeks and in a hospital bed for perhaps four days of it. The rest is an apartment, meals, taxis and waiting. That part decides whether the trip was bearable, and it's what we're actually built around.

Somewhere to stay

Within walking distance of the hospital where the area allows it. With a kitchen if you'd rather cook, and room for the family who came with you.

Food you recognise

Halal, vegetarian, Jain, low-salt, renal, diabetic. Tell us before you land and it's arranged. Recovery is hard enough without unfamiliar food.

Getting around, and being understood

A driver for every appointment and an interpreter in the room when you need one. Arabic, Swahili, French and others on request.

The person, not the platform

You'll have one name and one number

Not a ticket system, and not a different agent each time you write. One case manager who has read your file, knows which hospital you chose and why, and knows what you're worried about.

They'll speak your language, or we'll put an interpreter on the call. And if they're asleep when you message at 3am, someone else who can see your file will answer.

A patient's own words belong here. We'll publish one when we have a real case and written consent, and not before.
No invented testimonials

Money, said plainly

The number that includes everything

A hospital can tell you what surgery costs. Only someone arranging the whole trip can tell you what the trip costs. So we publish both, and we show what's excluded rather than letting you find out later.

Prices are ranges, not single figures, because two people having the same operation genuinely get different bills. Pretending otherwise would just make us the next company that quoted low and invoiced high.

Wherever you're flying from

Coming from your country

The visa route, the flight options and the price in your own currency all change depending on where you're starting from. So we work it out per country rather than giving everyone the same answer.

Straight answers

What people ask us first

What does your service cost me?

Nothing. Partner hospitals pay us a facilitation fee when a patient we introduce goes ahead with treatment. It is not added to your bill, and you can check that by asking the hospital what the same procedure costs without us.

Do I pay you for my treatment?

No. You pay the hospital directly, into the hospital account. We never handle your treatment money. It is the clearest protection against the thing people fear most in this industry.

How quickly will someone reply?

We aim to answer on WhatsApp within 15 minutes, around the clock across the time zones our patients live in. If an hour passes without a reply, message us again, because something has gone wrong on our side.

Can my family come with me?

Yes. India's medical visa allows up to two attendants, and three for Bangladeshi nationals. We include one attendant in every estimate by default, because almost nobody travels for major surgery alone.

What if I decide not to come?

Then you do not come. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund, because you have not paid us anything. We would rather you made the right decision than a fast one.

No cost, no obligation

Send us the reports. We'll tell you what's possible.

Even if you're only working out whether this is realistic. You'll get honest quotes from real hospitals, an idea of the whole cost, and a straight answer about whether coming to India makes sense for you at all.

Tell us what's happening

It starts with your reports

A hospital can't price your treatment without seeing your case. Send whatever you have, even a photograph of a piece of paper, and we'll tell you what else is needed.

  • Your reports go only to hospitals you approve first, by name.
  • Stored encrypted, and deleted whenever you ask.
  • No cost, and no obligation to go any further.

Send your reports

A hospital cannot price your treatment without seeing your reports. Send them and we come back with itemised estimates from two or three hospitals — usually within 24 hours, or 48 for transplant and complex oncology.

This is how we will reach you. Include the country code.
Photographs of paper reports are fine. Scans on CD are best sent as the original image files. Stored encrypted, shared only with hospitals you approve.

We reply within about 15 minutes on WhatsApp during our covered hours. Read what we do with your data — we never sell it, and you can have it deleted at any time.
